Local creative files

The palette, scene plan, shot list and checklist use local browser storage. They are not uploaded by signing in. The enquiry form sends a copy only if you select the option to include your saved brief. Clear local data using the footer control or your browser settings.

Information you submit

Account registration stores your name, email and a salted password hash. Enquiries store your contact details, topic, area, reference, message and any brief you choose to include, along with status and submission time. Do not submit payment card details, passwords or identity documents in messages.

Sessions and payments

An HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Service invoices and enquiries linked to an account are restricted to that account. The payment provider handles card details; this site records payment references and status.

Purpose and retention

Submitted information supports account access, handling enquiries and fulfilling agreed services. Retention depends on the actual service and applicable record-keeping obligations. Use the contact form to ask about your data, correction or deletion, providing only a relevant reference.
