A few answers before you put the brief together.
Are the colour studies actual product listings?
They are visual directions for a creative brief. They do not confirm a particular item, shade, stock level, duration or other product characteristic. Ask for the exact product information before an agreement.
Can I use a smoke effect at any location?
The site does not establish permission or suitability. Discuss the actual product and location with the venue or landowner and the person responsible for assessing the proposed effect.
Where is my brief saved?
The planner, palette, shot list and checklist use local storage in your browser. They are not synchronised by signing in. You can download the brief or explicitly choose to include it with an enquiry.
Does sending an enquiry create a booking?
No. Scope, responsible parties, availability, total charges and applicable terms need separate agreement. Keep any enquiry reference returned after submission.
What can I pay for here?
The payment page is for agreed, non-pyrotechnic creative service invoices assigned to your signed-in account. It is not a checkout for smoke devices or pyrotechnic goods.
Can I see my enquiries in an account?
Enquiries submitted while signed in are linked to that account. Guest enquiries are not automatically linked later through a matching email address.
How do I ask about a cancellation or problem?
Use the contact form with the relevant reference. The terms of the actual arrangement determine the process; the website does not replace those terms.
Can I recover a forgotten password automatically?
Self-service password recovery and email verification are not provided. Use the contact form to ask about account access. Never send your password.
